Job Profile-
Duties:
Respond to incoming emails and live chat requests from U.S. customers looking for information and troubleshooting help in using client’s software.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including pleasing phone voice and demeanor as well as solid listening skills are essential.
Basic Knowledge of Computer Hardware, troubleshooting & HTML
Hands of experience on HTML/ XML Coding
Should be able to create HTML web pages
Only Bangalore candidates would be preferred
