Job Description
Maintain the focus on incoming and outgoing call volumes
To answer/ record customer problCSC, giving precise information
To be able to meet the given time line for taking calls
Achieve daily set targets set by the Team Leader
Meet quality criteria set by the department
Assign all calls within the agreed Service Level Agreements
Pro-actively assign calls
Respond to and monitor the call board

Desired Candidate Profile
We in Tesco-HSC are looking out for candidates with excellent verbal communication skills, who are interested in a career in the BPO industry in a voice-process focusing on customer support.

Criteria:
Excellent Communication Skills
Atleast 1year BPO Call Centre Experience or
Freshers with good communication looking out for a BPO career.
Preferably graduates in any stream or
Undergraduates with similar BPO experience.
